Things feel messy. It’s normal. This recent eclipse season has been more like a year long for me going all the way back to last years solar eclipse season. Karmic release, stepping into darma. Karmic release, stepping into darma. It began with me even wondering what my darma is. In my life, my human design: manifestor energy trauma brings up a lot for me. I’m grateful to see deeper depths of healing, expanding, hurting, anger, crying, laughing, loving. It’s all part of the process and I wouldn’t change it the messy. The gift in the manifestor trauma I experience is that it teaches me new ways to live. Where I long for compassion and love and acceptance. So….. Don’t self abandon, stay present. Stay centered. Don’t judge it, feel it. Surrender to the process. In doing so, you reclaim the energy and alchemize it into love! I am a master manipulator. There, I said it! A photographer is simply a manipulator of light. If you’re using natural light you are taking your subject and then playing with how to manipulate the light around them and how to use it to your advantage. I took this Goddess photo at a retreat this weekend and opted to use this gorgeous black wall in the home. Initially the light had some really amazing contrast and then as I moved around I noticed the lens catch the light just right. It was then a dance of playing with my subject and the light. Capturing perfectly the dark and the light.
